Veneta Fern Ridge Chamber of Commerce
The Veneta-Fern Ridge Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to helping your business succeed. To effectively and quickly respond to local business needs, the Chamber and the City of Veneta are partners in many economic and business development initiatives. These initiatives include supporting the formation of the City’s Economic Development Committee, the creation of a business retention and expansion program known as Veneta Business Connect, and the development of the Veneta Small Business Assistance Center.

Veneta Small Business Assistance Center

The Veneta Small Business Assistance Center (SBAC) opened its doors June of 2017 to respond to local business needs. The SBAC includes a computer work station, a multifunction printer, a conference table, and a screen for presentations and teleconferences. SBAC partners with regional business assistance providers (such as advisers from Lane Community College Small Business Development Center, RAIN Eugene, and Community LendingWorks) so they have a space in Veneta to meet with clients for business counseling and mentorship, and to hold trainings and classes.

Business owners can use the space as a “mini-incubator,” for computer and copy needs, for meetings and presentations, and for teleconferences. Entrepreneurs can access classes and workshops at the SBAC , offered by one of our providers. Courses may include: marketing, social media, business succession planning, Quickbooks, and more. If there is a course you’d like to see offered, please let us know!

The Veneta Small Business Assistance Center (SBAC) is open Tuesday – Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., or by appointment. SBAC is housed in the Veneta-Fern Ridge Chamber of Commerce offices. Call or stop by today to register and start using this awesome resource!
